Note: Connecting these services is entirely optional. You can use Reseek without connecting any third-party accounts.

2.3 Template and Content Data

We store:

  • Template customization parameters you provide
  • AI-generated content and outputs
  • Editor blocks and design customizations
  • Deliverable files (PDF, DOCX, hosted pages)

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We only store:

  • Transaction IDs and payment status
  • Credit balance and transaction history
  • Stripe customer ID for managing subscriptions

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address and browser information
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Template views and customization attempts
  • Error logs and performance metrics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Reseek platform
  • Process your template customization requests using AI

4. How AI is Used

Reseek uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate customized educational templates based on your input parameters. Here's how it works:

  • Your customization parameters are sent to Anthropic's API
  • The AI generates content based on your specifications
  • Generated content is stored in our database for your access
  • We do not use your content to train AI models
  • Anthropic's data usage policies apply to API requests

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Storage Infrastructure

All data is stored securely using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with:

  • End-to-end encryption for data at rest and in transit
  • Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data
  • Regular automated backups
  • Industry-standard security practices

5.2 OAuth Token Security

Third-party OAuth tokens (Notion, Google) are:

  • Encrypted using AES-256 encryption
  • Stored separately from user content
  • Only accessible by authorized server-side processes
  • Automatically refreshed and rotated when possible

5.3 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we:

  • Immediately delete your personal information
  • Remove all template customizations and generated content
  • Disconnect all OAuth connections
  • Retain anonymized transaction records for legal compliance (7 years)
